TO ASSIST THE PROMOTION ENHANCEMENT IMPROVEMENT PROTECTION AND CONSERVATION OF THE NATURAL AND BUILT ENVIRONMENT IN AND AROUND THOSE AREAS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THE OPERATIONS OF THE AIRPORT COMPANY ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") BY PROJECTS OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPROVEMENT AND HERITAGE CONSERVATION TO ENABLE WITHIN HT NATURAL ENVIRONMENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION SPORT AND LEISURE TIE OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE LIVING OR WORKING IN OR RESORTING TO THE AREA OF BENEFIT TO PROMOTE AND PROVIDE, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, BETTER APPRECIATION OF THE NATURAL AND URBAN ENVIRONMENT AND WAYS OF BETTER SERVING PROTECTING AND IMPROVING THE SAME AND EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE NATURAL AND PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT AND ITS INTERACTION WITH THE ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF THE COMMUNITY TO PROMOTE THE USE OF THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT AS A SAFE HABITAT FOR WILDLIFE IN KEEPING WITH THE OPERATION OF THE AIRPORT
