TO PROMOTE THE CARE WELFARE INTEREST TREATMENT EDUCATION AND ADVANCEMENT IN HAMPSHIRE SURREY AND BERKSHIRE (OR IN THE EVENT OF ANY LOCAL GOVERNMENT REORGANISATION IN AN EQUIVALENT AREA) AND SURROUNDING DISTRICTS OF PEOPLE WITH CEREBRAL PALSY OR WITH A RELATED DISABILITY. IF DEEMED APPROPRIATE THESE FACILITIES TO BE USED FOR THE SAME OBJECTIVES FOR PEOPLE WITH OTHER SEVERE OR MULTIPLE DISABILITIES
