1. PREVENT AND/OR ALLEVIATE POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS CAUSED BY THE BREAKDOWN OF RELATIONSHIPS; 2. SAFEGUARD AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH, BOTH MENTAL AND PHYSICAL; 3. PRESERVE AND MAINTAIN FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS.
