Charitable objects
1) TO CARRY OUT EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROMOTION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC OF - URBAN REGENERATION IN THE WITHYWOOD AREA OF SOUTH BRISTOL BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING MEANS (A) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (C) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE AND THOSE WHO BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES (D) THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTHCARE AND CHILDCARE - AND THE VOLUNTARY SECTOR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES TO EXTEND THE ACTIVITIES AND IMPROVE THE SERVICES OF VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE WITHYWOOD AREA OF SOUTH BRISTOL 2) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MANAGE AND MAINTAIN THE SAME
