THE PROMOTION OF THE EDUCATION OF THE FAMILIES OF CLERGY, ORDINANDS, AND OF LICENSED LAY WORKERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND FOR THE TIME BEING SERVING IN THE DIOCESE OF CHESTER AND WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED. 3.
