Charitable objects
(A) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND PRINCIPALLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE MEDWAY AREA BY SUPPORTING SUCH CHARITIES IN FURTHERING THEIR OBJECTS AND BY ASSISTING SUCH NON-CHARITABLE ORGANISATIONS IN FURTHERING CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE MEDWAY AREA AND, EXCEPTIONALLY, ELSEWHERE, AS THE MAYOR AND TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
