Charitable objects
2.2 THE OBJECTS OF THE TRUST ARE 2.2.1 TO ASSIST YOUNG PERSONS BETWEEN THE AGES OF FIVE AND TWENTY FIVE THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY, THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED AND THEY MAY BE DISCOURAGED FROM COMMITTING CRIMINAL ACTS 2.2.2 TO SECURE THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION PARTICULARLY AMONGST YOUNG PERSONS AS ABOVE BUT ALSO FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT GENERALLY IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO CRIME AND TO ALCOHOL, DRUG AND OTHER SUBSTANCE MISUSE 2.2.3 TO PROMOTE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE YOUNG AND THE ELDERLY WITHIN THE HIGH SHERIFF OF SOUTH GLAMORGAN'S BAILIWICK A SAFER AND INCREASED QUALITY OF LIFE THROUGH THE PREVENTION OF CRIME AND THE PROTECTION OF PEOPLE OF ALL AGES AND PROPERTY FROM CRIMINAL ACTS (THE 'OBJECTS') 2.3 THE TRUSTEES MUST USE THE INCOME AND MAY USE THE CAPITAL OF THE TRUST IN PROMOTING THE OBJECTS.
