TO RELIEVE WOMEN AND THEIR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, PARTICULARLY THOSE OF ASIAN, AFRICAN AND CARIBBEAN ORIGIN, RESIDING PRIMARILY IN THE WEST LONDON AREA, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP, DANGER OR DISTRESS AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
