Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS (THE OBJECTS) IN LIVERPOOL AND BOOTLE (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) A) TO FOSTER GOOD CITIZENSHIP FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE BY CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MONUMENT TO COMMEMORATE THOSE WHO LOST THEIR LIVES IN WHAT IS COMMONLY KNOWN, AS THE BLITZ B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN THE HISTORY OF WORLD WAR 2 AND IN PARTICULAR WHAT IS KNOWN AS THE BLITZ C) OR THROUGH ANY CHARITABLE MEANS THAT THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DEEM FIT
