TO PAY OR APPLY THE FUNDS OF THE COMPANY TO OR TOWARDS OR IN FURTHERANCE OR ADVANCEMENT OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH ONE OR MORE CHARITIES, CHARITABLE INSTITUTIONS OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES AND IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH SHARES AND IN SUCH MANNER AS THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY THEREAFTER IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME SHALL RESPECTIVELY SELECT AND THINK FIT.
