TO RELIEVE ANY PERSON PARTICULARLY THOSE RESIDENT IN THE NORTH WEST REGION WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS RESULT OF DOMESTIC ABUSE IN ALL OF ITS FORMS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF BESPOKE DOMESTIC ABUSE SUPPORT SERVICES TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO ESCAPE ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS - INCLUDING THE FOSTERING OF THEIR PETS.
