THE TRUSTEES WISH TO ESTABLISH A CHARITABLE TRUST TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION (BOTH SECULAR AND RELIGIOUS) OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS OF THE JEWISH FAITH THROUGHOUT THE WORLD AND IN PARTICULAR OF THOSE NOW LIVING OR FORMERLY LIVING IN THE TERRITORIES PREVIOUSLY KNOWN AS THE UNION OF SOVIET SOCIALIST REPUBLICS AND TO UTILISE MONIES PAID TO THEM FOR SUCH PURPOSES IN THE MANNER HEREINAFTER PROVIDED.
