WHO ARE HIV POSITIVE OR HAVE AIDS OR AIDS RELATED CONDITIONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS AND CARERS, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, BY PROVIDING EDUCATION, INFORMATION AND ADVICE REGARDING HIV OR AIDS RELATED CONDITIONS, AND BY ALLEVIATING PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DISTRESS OR HARDSHIP CAUSED BY HIV, AIDS OR AIDS RELATED CONDITIONS
