TO MAINTAIN, IMPROVE, AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND PRACTICE OF BRASS BAND MUSIC, AND ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IN ITS ABSOLUTE DISCRETION FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
