(A) TO BEAUTIFY, IMPROVE AND ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST MARY BLOXHAM IN THE DIOCESE OF OXFORD (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT IT AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
