Charitable objects

THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS. (1) THE CARE AND PROTECTION OF DOGS WHICH ARE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY REASON OF HOMELESSNESS, MALTREATMENT, POOR CIRCUMSTANCES, ILL USAGE OR SIMILAR CAUSES, AND THE PREVENTION OF CRUELTY TO AND SUFFERING AMONG DOGS. (2) THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC AS TO HUMANE PRINCIPLES AND CORRECT TREATMENT OF DOGS.
