TO PROVIDE ONE OR MORE BURSARIES EACH YEAR TO A STUDENT OR STUDENTS WHO HAS OR HAVE COMPLETED A COURSE AT LUDLOW COLLEGE OR AT BISHOP'S CASTLE COMMUNITY COLLEGE, BOTH IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE, AND WHO INTEND TO CONTINUE THEIR EDUCATION AT A HIGHER LEVEL.
