THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF DESFORD AND ITS ENVIRONS IN HEALTHY RECREATION, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING BOWLS, TENNIS, SQUASH, FOOTBALL, RECREATIONAL FITNESS AND RUNNING.
