THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") ARE TO PROMOTE THE CARE OF OLDER PEOPLE IN ANY MANNER WHICH IS NOW OR IN THE FUTURE DEEMED BY LAW TO BE CHARITABLE WITHIN THE SHEPWAY DISTRICT COUNCIL AREA OF ROMNEY MARSH (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE "AREA OF BENEFIT").
