THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE CHARTIST MOVEMENT AND ITS CONNECTION WITH NANTYGLO AND BLAINA IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF AN INFORMATION CENTRE, EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES AND FACILITIES AND THE PROMOTION OF RESEARCH INTO THE CHARTIST MOVEMENT AND THE PUBLICATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH.
