A) TO RELIEVE, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, PERSONS PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY RESIDENT IN THE FYLDE AREA AND ITS ENVIRONS, WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS ARISING THERE FORM THE PROVISION OF FURNITURE AND OTHER HOUSEHOLD ACCESSORIES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS; B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SUCH WAYS AS MIGHT BE THOUGHT FIT; C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, TRAINING OR RETRAINING, INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF WORK EXPERIENCE, PARTICULARLY AMONG UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE WITH A VIEW TO PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH THE SKILLS TO IMPROVE THEIR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES
