Charitable objects
1. TO PRESERVE THE CEMETERY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY, IMPROVING, REPAIRING AND MAINTAINING THE FEATURES OF THE CEMETERY INCLUDING THE MONUMENTS, GRAVES AND THE CHAPEL.
2. TO PROMOTE THE CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE CEMETERY.
3. TO PROMOTE THE STUDY AND APPRECIATION OF THE CEMETERY AS A PLACE OF HISTORIC INTEREST.
