TO ENCOURAGE PUBLIC INTEREST IN AND USE OF ST NICHOLAS' CHAPEL, KING LYNN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, AND TO PROMOTE ITS USE FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, AND THE PROVISION OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
