Charitable objects
TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF WREXHAM COUNTY BOROUGH AND THE AREA BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS AND IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF ADVICE SUPPORT AND COUNSELLING SERVICES AND TO CARY OUT SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
