(A) PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE;
(B) RELIEVING POVERTY SICKNESS AND DISTRESS; AND
(C) ADVANCING EDUCATION
