(B) FOR THE BENEFITS OF THE INHABITANTS OF THAT AREA (INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR TH RELIEF OF POVERTY OR ILLNESS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OR RELIGION AND THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES WITHIN THE RECREATIONAL CHARITIES ACT 1958).
