The promotion of increased biodiversity, its conservation and protection, throughout the borough of Barnsley. This will include survey work, the compilation of ecological data, records and reports, practical works and projects, the giving of advice, the publishing of plans and reports, and presentations to schools and other organisations to raise awareness of biodiversity issues.
