TO PROVIDE A PLAYING FIELD AND ASSOCIATED FACILITIES (IN PARTICULAR A SAFE OUTDOOR AREA FOR CHILDREN) FOR THE INHABITANTS OF BUDOCK WATER AND SURROUNDING AREA, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF RELAXATION AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
