A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF HOXTON AND NEIGHBOURING BOROUGHS IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
B) TO UNDERTAKE ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSE.
