TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AMONG YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 BY THE PROVISION OF A YOUNG PEOPLE'S INFORMATION , ADVICE, ADVOCACY AND COUNSELLING SERVICE.
TO PROMOTE, PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN NORFOLK AND THE EASTERN REGION THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT, EDUCATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE. (FOR THE PURPOSES OF CLARIFICATION IN THIS DOCUMENT, THE EASTERN REGION IS DEFINED AS NORFOLK, SUFFOLK, CAMBRIDGESHIRE, BEDFORDSHIRE, ESSEX AND HERTFORDSHIRE COUNTIES).
