TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS UNDER THE AGE OF 35 THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES AND OTHERWISE BY PROMOTING THEIR FULL PHYSICAL, INTELLECTUAL AND SOCIAL POTENTIAL IN ORDER THAT THEY MAY GO TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
