Charitable objects
1. TO RELIEVE KIDNEY PATIENTS IN THE COUNTY OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE BY THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE HEALTH AUTHORITY AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DEEM NECESSARY.
2. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR PERSONS FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED FOR SUCH FACILITIES.
3. TO RAISE AWARENESS OF THE PUBLIC IN KIDNEY DISEASE AND PARTICULAR THE DONOR SCHEME.
4. SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINE.
