OBJECTS (A) THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO APPLY THE INCOME, AND ALL OR SUCH PART OR PARTS OF THE CAPITAL, FOR THE EDUCATION OF PRIESTS AND FUTURE PRIESTS FOR THE ROMAN CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF NOTTINGHAM AT THE UNIVERSITIES OF LOVAIN, BELGIUM AND TUBINGEN, GERMANY (B) THE TRUSTEES SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME HAVE THE POWER OR DISCRETION TO USE THE TRUST FUND FOR THE EDUCATION OF PRIESTS OR FUTURE PRIESTS AT ANY UNIVERSITY OTHER THAN LOVAIN, BELGIUM AND TUBINGEN, GERMANY.
