THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF PEOPLE LIVING IN DEPRIVED AREAS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AND OVERSEAS BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS, SERVICES OR FACILITIES.
THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD WHO ARE VICTIMS OF WAR OR NATURAL DISASTERS, TROUBLES OR CATASTROPHES BY SUPPLY OF MEDICAL AID TO SUCH PERSONS.
