Charitable objects
THE PROPERTY HEREBY GIFTED AND ANY OTHER LAND OR PROPERTY FROM TIME TO TIME COMING INTO THE OWNERSHIP OR CONTROL OF THE TRUSTEES (COLLECTIVELY THE VILLAGE GREEN) SHALL BE HELD UPON TRUST AS A PUBLIC GROUND FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE RECREATION GROUND ACT 1859 OR ANY STATUTORY RE-ENACTMENT THEREOF.
