TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE STUDY AND PRACTICE OF CHORAL MUSIC IN THE AREA OF HOLMBURY ST MARY AND ELSEWHERE BY MEANS OF PUBLIC CONCERTS OR OTHERWISE, AND IN PARTICULAR BY PARTICIPATION IN THE LEITH HILL MUSICAL FESTIVAL.
