1. TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN FINE ARTS, CRAFTS, SCIENCES AND ALL OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH DESIGNED LANDSCAPES; AND 2. TO PROMOTE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION FOR ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: THE RESTORATION, ENHANCEMENT, PRESERVATION, CONSERVATION, PROTECTION AND UNDERSTANDING OF DESIGNED LANDSCAPES THAT MAY EXIST OR HAVE EXISTED IN AND AROUND THE PRE-1974 HISTORIC COUNTY BOUNDARY OF CHESHIRE.
