Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE ART BY FURTHERING THE PURPOSES OF THE GUILDHALL ART GALLERY AND TO ENCOURAGE THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS FACILITIES; AND
(B) TO ENGAGE IN, SUPPORT AND CO-ORDINATE EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND PUBLISHING, ADVERTISING AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK TO FURTHER THE PURPOSES OF THE GUILDHALL ART GALLERY; AND
(C) TO RAISE AND RECEIVE MONEYS AND CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO BE APPLIED TO THE ABOVE OBJECTS.
