TO PROVIDE ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO RESIDED IN THE AREA OF HURSTPIERPOINT AND TO USE THE INCOME FROM WHICH FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAIRS, INSURANCE AND OTHER CHARGES AND ANY INCOME NOT SO REQUIRED TO BE USED FOR AN EXTRAORDINARY REPAIR FUND OR FOR DISTRIBUTION TO ANOTHER HURSTPIERPOINT CHARITY KNOWN AS HURSTPIERPOINT VILLAGE TRUST, REGISTERED NUMBER 290523 PROVIDED THE TRUSTEES RETAIN FULL DISCRETION AS TO HOW THE FUND WILL BE APPLIED.
