IN THE AREA OF WEST SOMERSET DISTRICT COUNCIL AND SUCH ADJOINING AND NEARBY AREAS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT") THE PROMOTION OF THE MORAL, PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BASED ON THE CHRISTIAN FAITH IN BOTH FORMAL AND INFORMAL EDUCATIONAL CONTEXTS.
