1) THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 20 WITH A DISABILITY, RESIDENT IN THE DISTRICT OF TEESDALE, BY THE PROVISION OF ADVOCACY AND RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES, AND IN DOING SO ENHANCE THEIR SELF-ESTEEM AND QUALITY OF LIFE. 2) THE RELIEF OF CARERS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE WITH A DISABILITY, BY THE PROVISION AND PROCUREMENT OF CARE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE CARERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND THEREBY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE YOUNG PEOPLE.
