TO FURTHER ADVANCE THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS AND THE PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS MAINLY IN THE AREA OF WEST YORKSHIRE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS OR IN DANGER OF HOMELESSNESS AND THOSE WHO ARE EX OFFENDERS.
