C) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TRAINING BY THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ACTIVITIES. D) TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES ESPECIALLY IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS.
