TO SUPPORT VULNERABLE YOUNG PEOPLE, CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ACCESS ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL, SOCIAL, MORAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPABILITIES. TO ENCOURAGE THE PEOPLE OF SKIPTON TO ENGAGE IN THE ADVANCEMENT OF THEIR EDUCATION THROUGH LOCAL SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY FACILITIES..
