(II) OTHER EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE PURPOSES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WHICH ARE IN THE OPINION OF THE TRUSTEES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY WITH A PREFERENCE FOR THOSE IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT.
