Activities - how the charity spends its money

Provision of Training Courses mostly in ICT, but also in Spanish, German, Back to Work and various leisure courses to disadvantaged people in the Borough of Dacorum. Most courses are free to students, and all courses are provided at five local Community Centres in Dacorum. DCFL is mainly funded by a contract with Hertfordshire Adult and Family Learning Services (HAFLS), a department of Herts CC.
