TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF YOUNG PEOPLE IN THE BELLA VISTA COMMUNITY, ENSENADA, BAJA CALIFORNIA, MEXICO BY (A) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS (C) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH; AND (D) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; 2. TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND HELP YOUNG PEOPLE, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY IN THE COMMUNITY OF BELLA VISTA, THROUGH: (A) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; (B) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES, CAPABILITIES AND SPIRITUAL GROWTH TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS.
