THE TRUSTEES HOLD THE TRUST FUND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS HAVING ITS OR THEIR ADDRESS IN THE POSTAL DISTRICTS OF EITHER LIVERPOOL OR LONDON (SUCH POST CODES TO BE DETERMINED AS THOSE CURRENT AS AT THE DATE OF EXECUTION OF THIS DEED) OR OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECT OR OBJECTS OPERATING WITHIN THE SAME POSTAL DISTRICTS AS THEY MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION SELECT AND TO BE PAID TO OR FOR SUCH INSTITUTIONS OR OBJECTS IF MORE THAN ONE IN SUCH PROPORTIONS AS THEY MAY THINK PROPER PROVIDED THAT ANY SUCH INSTITUTIONS OR OBJECTS SHALL OPERATE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.
