TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND SICKNESS AMONGST THE INHABITANTS OF ZIMBABWE AND SUCH OTHER COUNTRY OR COUNTRIES IN AFRICA AND ELSEWHERE AS THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMITTEE SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION CHOOSE, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF CLOTHING, AND OTHER AID.
