1) TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY MEMBERS OF BLACK MINORITY ETHNIC (BME) GROUPS, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF: 2) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BE DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND 3) ADVANCING EDUCATION
